hello. im back. haha. no its not good or bad news. unfortunately....
you see everyone was really in suspense in the last half an hour.. esp when we entered the audi.
then peter tan started showing us statistiscs and all... oh btw this year is the best year for barker so far!!!! our top 3 students hav 9 distinctions!! and 41 students hav at least 6 distinctions! haha.. so as usual the top students will be called up first to the stage and starting frm 6 distinctions.. and i know that i mus get at least 10 pts if i wana get into acjc science!!!!
and to my suprise i was called out so fast and as my name appeared i saw 1 a1 and 5 a2s.... then in a sec i calculated....11 points!! i got into ac!!!!! ( cos 11 minus 4 equals 7 mah!)
but...... i felt i had failed.. as in really failed la.. cos i really expected a 9. or at least a 10!
and now im hanging in uncertainty.. arts stream??? what if the cut off changes and all?? i'll be goneee.........
so i walked up stage... they took a pic of the 6 dist ppl... i could barely put up a smile... it was supossed to be a happy thing! but i jus din feel it......
and all my classmates had like 8 pts and below..... of course i must thank god for my score because it could have been worse!! like some of my frens who had like 7 or 8 distinctions but worse points than me! so sad....
so i went to collect results and found out my english a1! hahaha what a joke seiously man.. i din even finish the paper.. lol. and my chem and phy got b3. stalford will be disappointed in me... haha.. then suprisinly all my humans got a2 and both maths a2... but seriously its sad... cos i expected them to get a 1. and bio oso!!!! i really expected the 1.......
anyway........... thank god im still able to apply for ac arts stream ( and i realise im no sci guy aft all! ) and whether i make it to ac in the end or not..... its not up to me :)
