After four minutes, Arsenal failed to clear the ball in midfield and it eventually fell to Van der Vaart 25 yards out and he scored the 1st goal of the match. But the gunners scored the last 3 goals which helped them to top the table in the group stage.
Arsenal only need to avoid defeat in Porto in order to reach the Knockout Stages of the Champions League.
Arsenal's striker Thierry Henry received his 3rd yellow card of the Champions League season so he will be suspended and miss the next match.
