hey world. HAHAHA. i thought i'd give up bloggin and look to more interesting stuff in life, like idk what, but then now i see my blog in pain so im here to heal it. yup. HAHA. if youre reading this, this is complete crap.
life since the last time i blogged, who knows when, has been so filled with stuff. firstly. just wanna wish everyone out there a HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!!!! AND HAPPY 2010!!!!!!!! MAY GOD BLESS YOU AND YOU FAMILY:D
ok one more thing, i want to stop uploading photos cos it takes forever and ever to.
so much has happened in my 2009. i just want to thank god for every single thing that has happened be it good or bad, and he has truly been faithful and helped me with the long and challenging year. with an even more challenging year ahead, i believe nothing is impossible with Him who gives me strength!:D
okay. life update. i promoted, going j2 this year:D haha which is good and bad. good cos, im j2. and bad cos its As and im a year older. if only we can puase the ageing thingy like we go to life settings and disable ageing proccess. cool huh. haha. anyway, im still young 15 at heart. so thats all that matters.
this has really really been one long hol for me, starting with post promos activities and its not been the longest hol in days for me but theres just so much going on. now i know why we need some drudgery in our lives. to help us just settle down and appreciate quietness and stillness? idk.
did lots of stuff before going away to korea on dec which was the most awesome-est trip ever!! 8 days with family and grandparents at South korea. we did too many things there and the entire trip was just so great, and so was the food, weather, SNOW!! and people there were really interesting haha. i'd go back there one day if i can, and i realise i say this after every trip HAHA. but i had a great time, esp with my family and photos are on fb, pictures speak louder than words:)
then next big thing was YM CAMP!!!! which im prob gonna talk more about. cos, my memory's very limited and of late i dont remember stuff i did more that 3 weeks ago. so im just zoom zooming to camp:) YM CAMP 09!!! super awesome as usual, sports sch again, me fourth camp and we were all expecting it to be fun and all, as usual.
but everycamp, gives a different expereince. teaches a different lesson. and god tells us something new.
camp was particularly special this year cos my group, yes MY group manage to stay ultra bonded even after camp! went candlelight service, jungle speed spree and cycling@ecp with THE Banqueters the week or so aft camp. we just has a great great time. and now that school's finally kicked in for the most of us, NOT ME hehehe, just wanna wish them all a HAPPY BACK TO SCHOOL!!:D hahaha.
just a week befor ym camp. i was having so many worship practices. i was excited at first. but it became somewhat routine aft awhile. i was omegaly excited for camp say a week or so before camp but just days before it, i started to feel sian, and you can say not too excited. i thought being put as a leader for camp meant just more responsibilities and less fun.and more work to do. and im never the kind of person to take charge of or facilitate anything so this was something i wasnt lookinf forward to. but as god convicted me that this was what he had called me to do, i believed i was doing it for him and not for myself or anyone.
day 1. met my asst leader caroline for the 2nd time only, didnt even know she existed till like then only hahaha but now we're really good haha. group was dead, for an hour or so aft meeting, typical. everything seemed to go on fine and smoothly.
and by the night, everyone was happy, alive, and together!! Thank god!:D
